Florida Style Fish Dip
INGREDIENTS
: serves 4 appetizer portions
8 oz smoked fish, either homemade or store bought
3 Tbsp. red onion
3 Tbsp. celery hearts
5-6 leaves parsley chopped
8-10 celery leaves chopped
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
zest from ½ lemon
4-5 Tbsp. Kewpie mayonnaise
salt and pepper
lemon wedge for garnish
DIRECTIONS
Using your hands, shred the smoked fish into smaller pieces. Add remaining ingredients to fully combine and let marinate for a few hours or up to a couple days before serving. Serve with either toasted bread, lettuce, crispy tortilla or anything that will support and give a crunch to the fish dip.
