Turkey Burger
Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground Turkey
- ¼ Cup Kewpie Deep-Roasted Sesame Dressing
- ½ Onion, Chopped
- ¼ Cup Panko
- ½ Tsp Black Pepper
- Vegetable Oil
- 4 Hamburger Buns
- 1 Tomato, Sliced
- 4 Lettuce Leaves
- ½ Onion, Sliced (optional)
Directions
- In a bowl, combine ground turkey, dressing, onion, panko, and black pepper. Mix well and form 4 patties.
- In a frying pan, heat 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil and cook each side for 4 to 5 minutes.
- Assemble hamburger with tomato, lettuce, and onion. Serve extra dressing as desired.
